Unworn, full price merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the purchase date for store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s), not including shipping charges.
A return must have original tags attached and be accompanied by the packing slip it shipped with. Credit will be issued by email to the purchaser in the form of a coupon code to be used at zibalee.com. Credit will be issued only after the returned merchandise is inspected and confirmed to be in new condition.
Please note that all marked down merchandise is final sale and therefore not eligible to return.

Because of the high likelihood of fraud associated with such orders, Zibalee does not currently accept orders placed from outside the US, even if the billing and/or shipping address is inside the US.
